TMZ Attacks Jermaine Jackson; Says Nothing About Debbie Rowe! What's behind this?

TMZ true to form took part of an interview Jermaine had with another news source chopped it up and put out this negative report. Jermaine was responding to negative comments Debbie Rowe the alleged mother of two of Michael Jackson's children Prince Michael and Paris Katherine, made about the family and Jermaine in particular. She is supposedly mounting a legal challenge to try an get custody of these two because she claims she is concerned about their well-being and safety. Now she ain't been too concerned in all of this time now all of a sudden she's concerned. But she had pretty negative things to say about the Jackson family and especially about Jermaine. So why isn't TMZ talking about that? Jermaine was angry and was responding to Debbie made implying that Michael's brothers were sycophants living off of him. Jermaine was simply saying that it was a team effort by all of them with the group and that Michael wouldn't have become famous without them too. Here is what TMZ wrote:

A TMZ reporter caught up with Jermaine Jackson and he had some interesting words to say about his late brother, Michael Jackson.

It’s unclear what the pretext of the conversation was, but at one point Jermaine divulged:

‘Without the Jackson 5, there wouldn’t be no Michael Jackson’ 

Granted, The Jackson 5 did give Michael his start — but Michael was instrumental to the success of The Jackson 5 as well.

Regardless of how you look at it, that’s not anything we’d be saying to about the legacy of our deceased brother.

Jermaine Jackson is clapping back at Debbie Rowe’s claims that the Jackson family is a bad influence on Michael Jackson’s kids. He also had a few words for Rowe saying MJ allegedly told her his siblings were talentless.

TMZ caught up with Jermaine in Calabasas on Monday and he was very vocal about his feelings.

“I’ve always been nice to Debbie,” Jermaine says. “For her to say I’m a bad influence on the kids, that’s a lie. We all know how to curse, but I’ve never cursed around those kids. They can learn that at school.”

He says he doesn’t know where the kids will end up going, but his feelings were hurt over Rowe’s accusations because he said he’s always reached out to her when no one else did.

“I don’t know, but Debbie, I’m really disappointed,” he said.

When the interviewer asked him if the family wanted to keep guardianship of the kids for money he said that was complete nonsense.

“Now I’m finna curse,” he said. “That’s all bullsh--. Because first of all, that’s all up to the estate. We have nothing to do with it. And when they blame this family first for something. This family is busy doing what we need to do to keep the legacy going.”

Jermaine says the siblings have been working. They don’t need money from the MJ estate.

“We love Prince and Paris and Blanket, but we have nothing to do or say with where they go or don’t go. We don’t.”

When asked if he thinks the kids want to stay with Katherine Jackson he says, “Prince is cool. Prince is turning out to be a wonderful human being…It’s going to end up being up to them. They’re young adults.”

As far as Rowe claiming MJ told her the brothers have no talent, Jermaine rebuked such a notion.

“We work, we’ve made money. If it wasn’t because of the Jackson 5, wouldn’t be no Michael Jackson. They need to know that.”

Jermaine insists the family has never been about the money and it’s the media who makes it seem as if the Jacksons are a money hungry family.

Mike Epps Allegedly Punched a Lady in a Restaurant

Now the story off the wire is that Mike Epps allegedly punched some lady and threw a drink in her face. She took a picture of her swollen face. Now she could have had someone give her one in the snoot for when the police arrived on the scene she was fine. Turns out she's a comedienne who's probably looking for some attention for herself since her career is obviously stalling like a lemon from a cash and carry auto lot. Eitherway, here's the story:

Mike Epps allegedly punched a woman and threw a drink in her face after she got into a heated altercation with Mike’s wife.

TMZ reports:

The incident occurred at the after-party at Lucky Strike in Downtown L.A. — law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the woman claimed she had a prior romantic relationship with Epps … and wanted to confront him about something.

According to law enforcement sources, the woman told police Epps then punched her in the face. She called cops and filed a report, but cops say there was zero sign of injury on the woman. Epps also told police he never touched her.

Sources close to Epps insist the woman was nothing more than a fan — we’re told the actor had asked for privacy because he was with his wife … and the woman allegedly grew belligerent, throwing a drink at both of them. We’re told Epps then asked security to escort her out of the party.

Law enforcement sources tell us, the case has been referred to the domestic violence division because the alleged victim claims she had a prior relationship with Epps. The investigation is ongoing.

X-Men Producer Bryan Singer Accused of Sexual Assault of Man

Now one of my favorite directors in the world Brian Singer; think X-Men, Avengers, TMNT; is having some very serious charges leveled against him. A man named Michael Egan is accusing him of sexual assault from the time when he was a very young kid. He says that he and several other boys were passed around from one person to another and sexually assaulted. I've heard of such parties as this (I've NEVER been to one where kids were there)like a rumour that constantly floats around here. A lot goes on here in Hollywood but for once I do hope that this one is not true. Here's the story:

Michael Egan, who just sued "X-Men" director Bryan Singer for allegedly sexually assaulting him when he was a minor, says he complained to the LAPD that he was repeatedly sodomized at Hollywood parties by various moguls ... but no action was taken. 

Egan says he and other minors were passed around like pieces of meat at sex parties, and he claims Singer was not alone.

Egan says his mother went to the FBI and LAPD back in 2000 and he was even interviewed ... he has no idea what happened.  

Egan says he sued 2 men who he claims molested him at parties back in 2000, but Singer was NOT named.  Egan's current lawyer, Jeff Herman, doesn't know why his client's former lawyer did not sue the "X-Men" director.

The home where the sexually-charged pool parties allegedly occurred was in Encino.  It used to be owned by Suge Knight, who sold it Marc Collins-Rector.  Suge is not involved in the case, but Egan says Collins-Rector was one of the main perps.  Criminal charges were filed against Collins-Rector -- he copped a plea to one count of having sex with a minor.  Attorney Herman says Collins-Rector has fled the country.

Egan says the men at the party would pour liquor down his throat and then sexually assault him.  In one case he says Collins-Rector put a gun in his mouth and threatened him.  

Egan says other minors were also abused, and Herman vows to file 3 or 4 more lawsuits against the alleged perps by next Thursday.

Egan went on to say there was a "no swimsuit" rule in the pool, and he was raped numerous times by numerous individuals.

Herman said "Hollywood moguls have been using their positions of authority to exploit children sexually."

Bryan Singer's lawyer tells TMZ the allegations are absurd and defamatory.

Sultan of Brunei Passes Hated Sharia Law for His Country

What is it with the muslim countries with this damned sharia law where they want to kill you for everything under the sun? Don't they know that's what makes people not like muslims much? I mean I can understand if they don't want homosexuality within their midst and other things; but killing someone for sleeping around I don't think so. The reason those laws were abandoned in the first place because it was abused so that too many injustices were being committed with them. Like recently in Iran where a woman was stoned under the dubious charge of adultery made by her husband, who had a new woman he wanted to marry! Or the thirteen year old girl who was raped in Somalia and she was stoned for having sexual relations without being married! Where does God's mercy and long-suffering play into this anyway? Did they forget about the woman Jesus let go for adultery? Mercy is the cornerstone of God's Gospels! Sharia law has no mercy and it all depends on his administering it too! I'm sure most are good men who are simply doing their duty but I'm sure there are occasions where it's simply abused. Eitherway, here's the story.

n a shift to a harsh Islamic penal code, the leader of the southeast Asian country of Brunei has mandated the death penalty for a wide variety of offenses, including homosexuality.

The United Nations Commission on Human Rights expressed its concern over the new laws.

"We are deeply concerned about the revised penal code in Brunei Darussalam, due to come into force later this month, which stipulates the death penalty for numerous offences," said Rupert Colville, spokesman for the UN high commissioner for human rights.

Colville said that punishable offenses include rape, adultery, sodomy, extramarital sexual relations for Muslims, and also crimes such as robbery, murder, defamation of the Prophet Muhammad, and declaring oneself a non-Muslim.

"Application of the death penalty for such a broad range of offences contravenes international law," Colville said.

Despite assurances from Brunei officials that prosecutors would require a high burden of proof to enforce capital punishment, Colville said that stoning is banned under global human rights treaties as it constitutes "torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”

There have been no executions in Brunei since 1957. But the country’s all-powerful sultan, Hassanal Bolkiah, announced last October that his sultanate would be phasing in Islamic sharia law, which dictates punishments like flogging and stoning, the Times of India reports.

Brunei’s brand of Islam has always been more conservative than that of Malaysia and Indonesia, its neighbors. The sale and public consumption of alcohol is illegal, and other religions are tightly restricted. The sultan recently referred to his country as a “firewall” against globalization.

While the punishment for same-sex relations was previously 10 years in prison in Brunei, those found guilty will now be subjected to death by stoning.

“The provisions of the revised penal code may encourage further violence and discrimination against women and also against people on the basis of sexual orientation,” Colville said.

The code is expected to go into effect April 22.

Columbus released a statement on April 17 about his wife’s allegations:

In the midst of the drama — which came to a head a day before the Scandal season three finale — fans are not happy, and are even going as far as to tell producers, along with writer and producer, Shonda Rhimes, to fire him!

After getting a bar fight a few months earlier, Shonda allegedly warned him to clean up his act or he was out, multiple outlets reported.

Oprah Winfrey proves all the time that she's a no-nonsense business woman who has no problem cutting her ties early on if necessary. I guess Oprah has had enough of her wayward ward's shenanigans and got off the wagon with her. Canceling the show's second season it looks like Lindsey will be looking for her next gig. Her mission to prove to the Hollywood community that they can trust her to be a professional and do her job has yet again become a bust. Now I believe she can do her job drinking or not but I'm not the one she's gonna' have to convince. This reality show was supposed to show that she's got her act together; instead it's showed her clearly unhinged, petty, and not willing to give up her drinking. Something producers don't want to see. Now I love Lindsey for obvious reasons (her sextape was the bom' diggity!) but I saw for myself that she needs to refine her manner a heck of a lot more than what she has! I hate to say it but Lindsey is the original Mean Girl! She takes too much personally and only wants yes men around her to tell her she's fabulous all the time! Well sorry girl, not gonna' happen! And that wouldn't be helpful to you. You're a very talented actress and will do some great work if you reign in your antics! Producers are not gonna' hire you until they see change! Really, having to work McDonalds will not suit you so you need to get it together so you can get back to work making great films!

As for Oprah, I can't say I blame her for the name of the game is to make money and the way Lindsey is carrying herself she's not currying a lot of sympathy. Rather they're viewing her as a spoiled brat and viewers are getting turned off by her irresponsibility and her mean spirited-ness. Sympathy and empathy creates spikes in ratings; disgust and hatred means ratings dips. Lindsey is not endearing herself to the public and thus showing that inspite of her notoriety she's no longer a viable box office commodity.

Now if this don't beat all!! Dude sued BET because they wouldn't allow him to come to work dressed like a woman! Claims he was humiliated being made to dress like his gender! I guess if he was a firefighter he'd sue because he can't wear a three piece suit to the fire? How you gonna' tell your boss how you want to dress while doing your job? That's his job! BET can dress its hosts however the hell it wants -- even if that means forcing a transgender person to dress like a man -- and that's why the judge threw out B. Scott's discrimination lawsuit.

TMZ broke the story, Scott sued the network, claiming it humiliated him during the BET Awards last year by forcing him to change from women's clothes into men's clothes ... and then yanking him off the show entirely.

But the judge in the case just ruled in the network's favor, dismissing the lawsuit.

The judge ruled BET has the 1st Amendment right to run its shows the way it wants ... and that includes ordering Scott to change from women's to men's clothes ... and that's that.

Scott tells TMZ, "It disheartens me that the message sent today wasn't a message of acceptance, but rather it's acceptable to discriminate against transgender individuals on the basis of their gender identity and expression."

Scott's attorney has said he plans to appeal the decision.

Andre Johnson, 40, a rapper affiliated with the legendary Wu-Tang Clan, severed his penis before jumping from a building in Los Angeles Wednesday morning in an apparent suicide attempt, reportsCNN.com.

Though Johnson, who also goes by the names Andre Roxx and Chris Bearer, was seriously injured, he survived the jump from the second floor of a North Hollywood building.

According to neighbors, Johnson got back to his feet after hitting the pavement.

Johnson, along with his recovered penis, was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he is currently being treated.
